These Terms & Conditions govern the private transport services provided by VTC SAVOIE DRIVER.
Bookings may be made by phone, by email or via the website. A booking is confirmed once the client receives a confirmation message from VTC SAVOIE DRIVER.
Fares are fixed or communicated to the client prior to confirmation. Prices include pick-up, transport and any agreed-upon additional charges (tolls, parking fees, etc.). Any additional charge will be communicated to the client before invoicing.

Payment is due at the end of the ride or in advance for fixed-fare services, as agreed at the time of booking.
The following tolerance applies for client delays:
If the driver is significantly delayed or unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will be informed as soon as possible. If the ride cannot be carried out, any amount paid in advance will be refunded. No further compensation may be claimed.
Luggage is accepted within the normal capacity of the vehicle. Luggage remains under the client's responsibility. Dangerous, illegal or hazardous items are strictly prohibited.
Passengers agree to behave respectfully and comply with safety rules:
Any damage or excessive soiling caused by the passenger may result in an additional charge. The driver may refuse service or interrupt the ride in the event of dangerous or inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer client may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator after first attempting to resolve the dispute amicably with VTC SAVOIE DRIVER.

The client must first submit a written complaint to VTC SAVOIE DRIVER. If no amicable solution is found within 30 days, the mediator may be contacted via the website or by post.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
